Structured Debriefing

Charlie is a trained practitioner in this style of debriefing and has used these skills on many occasions. This process is, as it suggests, a structured way of eliciting key information. Originally designed for debriefing policing incidents, it also has application in a wide range of other situations. Its proper application ensures that the most important information is gathered and used to facilitate learning and development for the future.
